Paragliding Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation:
Many operators have a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your booking up to 24–48 hours before the scheduled flight, usually subject to a cancellation fee (typically around 50%).

Refunds:
Refunds are generally available only if you cancel within the specified cancellation period. Bookings are usually non-refundable if canceled at the last minute or after the scheduled flight time.

Changes:
We allow travel date changes for a small fee, while some operators may not permit changes.

Weather Cancellation Policy

Paragliding is highly dependent on weather conditions. If a flight is canceled due to unfavorable weather, strong winds, rain, poor visibility, or any other safety-related concerns, guests may choose one of the following options:

• Reschedule the flight to the next available date or time, subject to availability.
• Receive a 75% refund if rescheduling is not possible. The remaining 25% will be deducted to cover government taxes, administrative expenses, and service charges.
