Jamacho Monastery also known as Jamacho Gumba viewpoint (2128m) offers the best view of Kathmandu city and the northern Himalayan range Langtang. You can have a magnificent view of the Himalayas as well as a very far distance from Kathmandu city. The national park is also very important for Kathmandu citizens because of the drinking water. The locals also hike here to spend a beautiful time on the top of Nagarjun hill. The monastery is also nice to look and there is also a small view tower to look around the clock. The freshness you will feel here is just amazing.
