Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Booking Cancellation & Travel Credit Policy
If a client requests cancellation of a confirmed bus, jeep, flight ticket, or travel package booking, a 30% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total booking amount.
The remaining 70% will not be refunded in cash. Instead, the balance will be retained as travel credit and may be used toward the client’s next trip or other travel services with World Himalayan Destination Pvt. Ltd.
Please note that any government taxes, service charges, airline cancellation fees, transportation charges, or other non-refundable costs will also be deducted from the booking amount, where applicable.
Travel credit is subject to the terms and validity period applicable at the time of rebooking and is non-refundable in cash.
