The Everest Dudhkoshi Cultural Trail is also renowned for its Khaling Rai culture. From its viewpoints, trekkers can witness more than 14 majestic peaks, including Everest (8,848 m), Batang (5,077 m), Choyam (4,713 m), Bigfera (6,600 m), Numburchuli (6,960 m), Karlung (6,511 m), Kongderi (6,187 m), Khungwakang (7,743 m), Gyachungkang (7,952 m), Chumbu (6,859 m), Kangteka (6,783 m), Kyasar (6,769 m), Mera Peak (6,476 m), Naulekh (6,363 m), Pangbo (6,390 m), and many more.

During spring, the region flourishes with over 14 species of rhododendron flowers, painting the forests in vibrant colours. The trail also offers a chance to observe diverse bird species while walking through rhododendron groves, all set against admirable mountain views.

Short Route: A 4-night, 5-day trek from Silgudhi Hill (approx. 3,020 m) to Mahabhir, weaving through villages like Ghumremera, Kudham, Yetelama, Rapcha, Majhgaun, Khastav, Bhumethan, and Pasda
Extended Option: A 6-night, 7-day version starting in Dhap and concluding at Batase or Kharikhola, including stops at Ghumnemera, Kudham, Yetelama, Rapcha, Majhgaun, Khastav, Pasda Jharana, and other locales

Day 1: Kathmandu → Silgudhi Hill (3,020 m) Drive from Kathmandu (~10–12 hrs to Salleri, then jeep to Silgudhi Hill)

Day 2: Silgudhi → Ghumremera (Chyangmiten Monastery) Trek through forests and villages Visit monastery, cultural interaction with the Sherpa community. Overnight in a homestay
Day 3: Ghumremera → Yotelme → Rapcha. Trek via rhododendron forests and viewpoints. Stay in Rai/Tamang village homestay
Day 4: Rapcha → Majhgaun → Pasda Jharana → Mahabir. Pass waterfalls, farmland, and small villages. Optional rock climbing at Mahabir Rock Homestay overnight
Day 5: Mahabir → Salleri → Kathmandu. Trek/drive back to Salleri. Return to Kathmandu by jeep/bus
